Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the HR function including a HR Administrator
  • Working with the boars of Directors in order to drive forward the people strategy in line with the business objectives
  • Review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation changes, efficiency and being fit for purpose
  • Recruitment including talent attraction
  • Cultural change
  • Employee Relations - disciplinary and grievance, absence, performance management
  • Coach guide and upskill the management team for all aspects of HR
  • Learning & Development including induction, ongoing training plan
  • Reward and benefits

The Successful Applicant

  • Have previously worked in a stand alone HR role
  • Is operating at HR Manager level
  • Have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Have managed ER casework up to complex level
  • Have the ability to write and deliver on a HR strategy in line with the business objectives

  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000k per annum
