Job Description

As HR Manager you will report into the COO and be responsible for creating the HR function from scratch including;

  • Developing a People and Culture Strategy
  • Implementing basic HR infrastructure in terms of process
  • Update and review policies and procedures
  • Coach, influence and up skill line managers in their people management capabilities
  • Manage all ER casework
  • Reward project around pay and benefits review, including external bench marking
  • Identify Talent Management Strategy including from Recruitment to on boarding
  • Identify appetite for HR system

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record operating at BP/Manager level within HR ideally within Professional Services
  • Strategic mindset
  • Happy to get stuck in to the operational, even at quite a lower level
  • Can operate autonomously
  • Stakeholder management particularly at a senior level
  • CIPD L5 minimum
  • Able to travel to Birmingham City Centre 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel to London
