About Our Client

Job Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of HR across 2 sites, including;
- All Employee Relations Casework
- Partner with SLT across the sites to support People Development
- Support managers on business change, including TUPE, redundancy, restructures etc
- Support and implement proactive approach to recruitment including attraction and selection
- Constantly looking for continuous improvements
- Work with managers to identify learning needs in the business
- Support on wider HR projects
- Maintain good working relationships with wider HR team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD qualified
- Experience working as an HR Manager/Business Partner in a similar multi site environment
- Ideally with experience working in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, type environments
- Sound knowledge of Employment Law
- Willing to work on site 5 days per week
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Can work at pace
