About Our Client

Job Description

As HR Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of HR across 2 sites, including;

  • All Employee Relations Casework
  • Partner with SLT across the sites to support People Development
  • Support managers on business change, including TUPE, redundancy, restructures etc
  • Support and implement proactive approach to recruitment including attraction and selection
  • Constantly looking for continuous improvements
  • Work with managers to identify learning needs in the business
  • Support on wider HR projects
  • Maintain good working relationships with wider HR team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Experience working as an HR Manager/Business Partner in a similar multi site environment
  • Ideally with experience working in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, type environments
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Law
  • Willing to work on site 5 days per week
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Can work at pace
