Job Description

  • Carry out all generalist day to day operations with little to no support
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Carry out the recruitment process, from screening to interviewing and training
  • Manage HR records in compliance with legal requirements
  • Facilitate team-building activities to enhance company culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Team Member should have:

  • Experience in a stand alone role
  • Worked in a commercial environment
  • The ability to think outside the box and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently
  • Tech industry background preferred
