You will handle all employee relations issues and work very closely with the SLT on their recruitment and selection strategy, identifying needs and developing their people plans.The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Manager will ideally have worked in a stand alone capacity previously (not essential) and a results-driven mentality with demonstrable experience of building strong relationships across all levels of management and the wider business.
