You will have responsibility for creating, overseeing and managing a new performance appraisal system that drives high performance whilst nurturing a positive working environment. You will handle all employee relations issues and work very closely with the SLT on their recruitment and selection strategy, identifying needs and developing their people plans.The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Manager will ideally have worked in a stand alone capacity previously (not essential) and a results-driven mentality with demonstrable experience of building strong relationships across all levels of management and the wider business.
