Page Group are supporting a leading global logistics organisation based in Coleshill with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy site.

This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 3 days office and 2 home per week

Job Description

Reporting to a Head of HR and overseeing a HR Assistant, the role of HR Manager is a varied and generalist role taking responsibility for all people matters at this busy site.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Guide and advise stakeholders on all HR policies and procedures
  • Deal with a wide range of employee relations casework
  • Support with recruitment on-site
  • Proactive sickness and absence management
  • Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the Head of HR with the people strategy
  • Overseeing submission of monthly payroll data
  • Supporting the HR team with organisational design and change management programs as required

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in HR within a similar role.

You maybe a proven Advisor/Senior Advisor looking for the next step in your career. Alternatively, you maybe an established HR Manager looking for a new challenge.
