Be responsible for the HR function in the UK
As an expert on labour relations you will ensure a smooth relationship with employees and representatives and legal UK institutions
Manage the Payroll Process
Review and adapt HR policies in line with the companies policies
In collaboration with the HR international team, participate in recruitment activities
Ownership of on boarding processes
Support and provide assistance and guidance to employees in relation to day to day HR topics and HR policies updates and existing benefits.
The Successful Applicant
+ 7 years of experience in a similar HR role
Solid knowledge of employee legislation and its application
Ability to work in a matrix environment within an international and multidisciplinary HR Team
Strong stakeholder management skills
Willing to leave your mark in a fast growing international company
Speaking Spanish advantageous but not crucial!
What's on Offer
Salary £50,000-£60,000 + 10% bonus
