A leading Not For Profit organisation

Job Description

We are looking for both a temporary and permanent HR Operations Manager for this Not for Profit organisation. A brand new role we are looking for someone to provide initial temporary cover whilst recruiting for the permanent role. For the right person, this could easily convert from a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 providing a generalist HR service to the organisation
  • Managing end to end employment lifecycle processes
  • Delivery and implementation of the organisation's people strategy
  • Ongoing development and improvement of HR policy and processes
  • Design and implementation of HR KPIs and metrics, providing ongoing analysis of people statistics to the leadership team
  • Ensuring the team provide consistent and pragmatic HR advice to the business
  • Involvement in a variety of HR projects

The Successful Applicant

The HR Operations Manager will be/have:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, educated to degree level
  • Previous experience of managing HR teams
  • Proven Employee Relations and Employment Law knowledge
  • Extensive process improvement experience
  • Experience in a senior level HR role working with leadership teams
  • Experience in the not for profit and charities, or commercial sectors is equally as valuable for this role
