About Our Client

Our client, a superb Building and Construction company based in the Mid Kent area are searching for a Reward & Benefits Manager to join their team. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced senior HR Rewards or Benefits professional to make a real impact.

Job Description

  • Reviewing remuneration policies to attract, incentivise and retain high calibre talent across the group and across the competitor marketplace
  • Reviewing and proposing new or updated benefits to maintain competitiveness within the construction marketplace
  • Managing, promoting, and improving all "paid for" benefits pension, life assurance and private medical insurance, including annual renewals and Pension regulatory and HMRC compliance
  • Working with the Company Secretariat team
  • Salary benchmarking for all roles
  • Managing the Group wide annual pay review
  • Managing and reviewing all the bonus schemes

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong HR reward/benefits background
  • Experience of reward and benefits frameworks and excellent knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Experience in implementing, standardising, and working with or managing reward and benefits policies and procedures
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic environment
