Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Temporary HR Support Officer role availableAssists with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesAbout Our ClientA public sector organisation.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the HR Support Officer will be: Provide advice, support and assistance to managers and staff to ensure consistent application and understanding of HR policies and processes, and interpretation and application of terms and conditions of serviceTo manage the processes and administration connected to the employee lifecycle (recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, terms and conditions)To support the HR Advisor in the delivery of HR objectives and KPI's as part of the Organisation's OD/HR StrategyTo be the first point of contact for HR enquiries providing support where appropriate, or signposting enquiries to the appropriate pointTo provide information and advice about the correct application of HR policies and processes within the remit of experience.
