Job Description

The HR Technology Director works within the Technology domain and will be a critical business partner the HR domain with key responsibilities of;

  • Accountable for the development of HR technology product strategy
  • Lead and set the strategic direction and development of the HR Technology domain to ensure alignment with business strategy both on short and long term
  • Accountable for the success of the domain portfolio of digital HR products ensuring value is being delivered by understanding and meeting employee needs that will add to driving business results
  • Translate the product strategy into a product road-map, identifying and generating new ideas that drive business value to improve employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in HR, Technology, Data & Analytic and other relevant functions
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of Product Owners, promoting best practice in digital product development
  • Responsible for recruiting, attracting and securing resources and expertise to develop and executive digital product road-map

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Technology Director will have a successful senior leadership track record of strategically and operationally leading the delivery of new HR technology platforms on a global scale, for example with SAP SuccessFactor, ADP, Oracle or Workday, or other similar technologies. You will have excellent leadership capabilities in building and leading high-performing teams, working effectively in a matrix organisation.You will have in-depth experience of working with HR / People domains to deliver new products that excite and engage employees. You will be highly commercially aware, and able to make decisions balancing new feature development and commercial returns. You'll possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be adept at managing a broad range of stakeholders.You will also be seeking to join a forward-thinking, innovative, and people-focused business that has high environmental and social values that can offer long-term career and professional development.
The role will be based out of Sweden and will require relocation within a reasonable time of joining the business. There is an extensive relocation package available.
