Being an international company with a SME feel this business is looking for a like-minded HSE Manager to join the business and help their existing team with all policy, procedures and culture.Job DescriptionThe HSE Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and will have overall responsibility for all HSE activities on site.The main priorities of this role are:Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, upholding the company's various accreditations including ISO14001 and 45001Implement site specific HSE programmes and training plansPositively driving HSE behavioursProviding strategic direction and guidance to achieve the HSE mission and objectivesReview, develop and maintain ongoing HSE projectsThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidates will have a strong manufacturing background and a proven ability in managing HSE.
