The role holder must have an ability to manage a high workload whilst at the same time have a solid understanding of litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules and the regulations and legislation concerning military claims.The role holder will be responsible for taking individual responsibility for a caseload of military claims both litigated and pre-litigated alongside responsibility for industrial disease claims where appropriate. The caseload will consist of complex and/or high value military claims and some Industrial Disease claims.The Successful ApplicantA successful Industrial Disease Fee Earner/Solicitor should have between 3-5 years experience of dealing with industrial disease claims.
