Job Description

You will develop new and existing processes that underpin the information systems, and ensure all systems are well managed and well supported throughout the implementation and into business as usual.

This role is suited to individuals who have a desire to use both their hands on technical capability and their systems related project management skills to support an organisation to develop its ability to use information well in relation to the people it supports

The Successful Applicant

Thera Trust are looking for an Information Systems Manager with the following skills and experience to join the team at an exciting time in its development:

· Ability to develop and lead a technical team

· Experienced in organisational change initiatives

· Solid understanding of information management and data governance principles as well as data related legislation

· Systems related project management skills including requirements gathering, procurement and implementation

· Systems design, configuration, and supportLeading a technical team that is responsible for information and systems, you will be working closely with various back-office functions, and the senior leadership teams of all companies within the group, to initiate and manage the change associated with the introduction of technology - hardware and systems - into support teams working directly with people we support as part of the first phase of the organisation's information strategy.
