About Our Client
Large Business with a sizeable user count across multiple sites.
Deliver the 2nd Line Support of Incidents within the Data Centre (Hosting) Infrastructure and Services, providing swift Return to Service for business users and services.
Deliver the effective and efficient management of IT Problems, including Root Cause Analysis and the production of solutions.
Operate the Data Centre's Back Up, Archiving and Restoring technologies and processes.
Monitor and proactively optimise the operation of the Partnership infrastructure technologies and architecture.
Build, configure and operate the Data Centre technologies and services, supporting Live, DR and Test environments and providing support to projects and programmes.
Support the effective and efficient management of Service Introduction and Service Transition.
Support the development of the IT Budget and Forecast, accounting for the operation of IT technologies
Support the collation and reporting of IT Services Management Information and Key Performance Indicators
The Successful Applicant
Proven knowledge in NetApp, storage, virtualisation, network, facilities & security and associated control services/technologies.
Proven knowledge in Microsoft, Cisco and VMware technologies
Excellent prioritisation skills
Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a large scale corporate environment
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, & Event Management
Excellent oral and written communications
