Job Description
- Providing a point of contact for complex support issues which require a deeper knowledge of IT infrastructure and related systems.
- Introducing improvements to the IT ticketing solution
- Using initiative and quick thinking to solve issues whilst minimising disruption to the business or operation.
- Proactively identifying any possible improvements to team procedures with
- consideration of cost and waste.
- Documenting processes as required
- Providing a well-run, highly available service to our customers within - Ensuring that reporting is provided and, when set, service level agreements are being
The Successful Applicant
- Proven capability of providing 2nd and 3rd line support
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products including O365, Word, Excel, Access
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve complex hardware and software problems that require in-depth troubleshooting skills to determine root cause
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills
