Job Description

  • Providing a point of contact for complex support issues which require a deeper knowledge of IT infrastructure and related systems.
  • Introducing improvements to the IT ticketing solution
  • Using initiative and quick thinking to solve issues whilst minimising disruption to the business or operation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven capability of providing 2nd and 3rd line support
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products including O365, Word, Excel, Access
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve complex hardware and software problems that require in-depth troubleshooting skills to determine root cause
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills
