Intellectual Property Solicitor - Australia vacancy will include the following key responsibilities:

• Dealing with licensing and the buying and selling of businesses.
• IP dispute resolution and litigation.
• Managing own cases
• Managing trade mark portfolios for client.
• Deliver quality professional services to clients
• Undertake fee earning work to high standards of accuracy and efficiency under the supervision of the Partners
• Effect financial controls for matters under his/her supervision
• Develop new clients and markets and maintain and build upon exiting client relationships
