This is a hands-on role focused on training and upskilling the finance team to ensure they are using Sage X3 to its full potential. You'll act as a bridge between finance operations and system functionality, helping to embed best practices and improve day-to-day efficiency.

Job Description

  • Deliver tailored training sessions to finance team members on Sage X3 functionality and workflows
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop user-friendly training materials
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adoption and confidence in system use
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system usage with business processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements



This role will last c. 6 months and requires being in the office 5 days per week. There could be the opportunity for someone with the right skills to join on a part-time basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
  • Proven experience working with Sage X3 in a finance environment
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training or mentoring finance professionals is highly desirable

What's on Offer

A day rate dependent on experience ranging between £250 and £330 per day
