Interim Accountant

· Preparation of month-end journals ensuring excellent support is saved down in readiness for audit.

· Conduct full month end analysis of key P&L accounts to ensure coding is correct and appropriately treated.

· Calculating the Insurer money calculation adhering to the FCA rules

· Reconciling balance sheet accounts to system or external sources so that the recs are readily available by Working Day 10 each month.

· Preparation of year-end supporting documents supporting the outsourced financial accounts production.

· Providing support to external auditors including Contributing to annual audit.

· Cashflow monitoring of transactions to support the forecasting process.

· Review and approval of payments.

· Maintain and enhance robust processes and controls in line with Group requirements

· Continuously review and improve finance processes and controls.
