About Our Client
Our client are part of a global financial services group and are leaders in fleet management.
Job Description
- Supporting a small team of experienced legal counsels on commercial queries and contracts
- Support in reviewing, drafting commercial agreements, NDA's, SLA's, Supplier agreements
- Support with compliance initiatives
- Support the business with incoming legal queries and escalating queries to the relevant team members
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have some experience in reviewing and drafting basic commercial contracts and be a team player and can-do attitude.
You must be/have:
- Personable, engaging and approachable
- Supportive, hard working and eager to learn
- Some experience of working in-house as a paralegal would be an advantage
- Have a commercial and business minded approach whilst understanding the role of an in-house legal team and able to manage expectations and risks within contracts
