Interim Compliance Manager, Fire, Asbestos, Legionella and M&E
3 month interim position.
About Our Client
Our client is a medium sized housing association with ambitious plans for future growth.
- To ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory matters relating to the organisations 8,000 properties.
- To be accountable for the effective operational delivery of the Compliance teams including involvement in budget setting, responsibility for financial monitoring, and ultimately for delivering programmes which are completed on time within budget, and to the required performance standards
- Provide advice, reports and recommendations to the Senior Management Team regarding the management of risks associated with the maintaining the existing stock, in line with current legislation and regulation. This will include but not be limited to ensuring compliance in Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas and Electrical practices.
- To be responsible for ensuring that compliance management is integral to the safe delivery of all programmes of work delivered by the in-house team and external Partners/Contractors.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a strong contract management background covering statutory compliance including Fire, Legionella, Asbestos and M&E.
