About Our Client

My client is a D2C client

Job Description

  • Keep up to date with latest customer trends and competitor activity
  • Be able to analyse customer insights and performance data to create customer plan and propositions and use this to identity priorities for the business
  • Understand the role of all marketing channels and touch points, able to prioritise what messages customers see and where
  • Brief our internal teams and account managers on these propositions
  • Be an expert on the features and developments of the app and website
  • Reporting and post campaign analysis
  • Maintain excellent relationships with other marketing functions, the commercial and product teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong ability to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and delivering simultaneous projects
  • Ability to analyse the customer journey and recommend informed optimisations to strengthen results
  • Used to working with data and competently translating business challenges into actionable outputs
  • Weekly reporting aligning with other business functions to tell a cohesive story
  • Ideally experience working within an entrepreneurial, high growth environment
  • At least 3 years experience as a B2C marketing manager
  • Experience in an ecommerce, marketplace or, aggregator style business would be preferable
