About Our Client
Our client is a West Midlands based organisation with ambitious plans for further growth and improvement.
As the interim Adaptations Manager you will oversee all Disabled Adaptation Works, managing a team of 2 Surveyors and 1 Admin.
- Knowledge and experience of planned maintenance programmes
- Working knowledge of Disable Facilities Grants, Part M and all building regs in design and application
- Understanding SORSOR against actual works
- Manage external contractors and internal DLO
- DLO Experience in contract management, orders, variations, payments
- Training of a junior Surveyor

The successful candidate will have operated in a similar role before and will be available at short notice.
