Job Description
- Leading a motivated finance team
- Key member of the Senior Leadership Team ( SLT ) supporting the Executive Board ( C-suite )
- Ensuring robust reporting requirements and accurate accounting information is delivered
- Strong business partnering
- Finance controls and governance
- Presentation of KPI's and financial management information
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Ideally experience of working for or with private equity backed business
- Successful track record in a financial career with a strong commercial focus and progression
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to write and present clear and concise reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent Excel knowledge
