Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying key trends.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support the accounting & finance team with ad hoc financial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial teams within the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting & finance, ideally within the property industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
