Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsImmediate start4-5 month interim assignmentAbout Our ClientThis large organisation is recognised for its commitment to delivering a best in class service to its customers.Job DescriptionWe are supporting a major organisation delivering a large-scale finance transformation programme, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).They are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to take ownership of process design and standardisation across finance, acting as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the programme.This is a high-impact role, shaping how finance will operate in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and standardisation of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for FinanceDevelop a structured process framework and GPO catalogueDeliver process mapping and documentationLead workshops and working sessions with key stakeholdersManage and support a Finance Business AnalystEnsure alignment between business processes and the D365 F&O solutionContribute to the wider finance transformation programmeThe Successful ApplicantKey RequirementsStrong background in finance (e.g. Finance Manager, Transformation Lead, Head of Finance)Proven experience leading finance transformation or process design initiativesDeep understanding of end-to-end finance processesHands-on experience with process mapping and process improvementStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExperience working within complex transformation programmesDesirableExperience working alongside ERP implementations (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Familiarity with operating model design and governance frameworksExperience in large or complex organisationsWhat's on OfferCompetitive day rate.
