About Our Client
Our client is one of the UK's largest fashion retailers and are looking for an Interim Head of CRM to join their vibrant team in Greater Manchester on a full time temporary basis. This role will sit within the marketing department and oversee the CRM function to ensure the development and implementation of marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
Job Description
Interim Head of CRM responsibilities:
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Review and select CRM software that meets our company's needs
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim Head of CRM:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing techniques
- An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
- Strong communication skills
- Marketing or relevant qualification
