The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Strong HR Generalist experience

  • Strong knowledge of UK&I HR/Employment Law and Employee Relations Issues, Payroll and Benefits, and international relocation management
  • Experience of building and leading an engaged team
  • Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation, and a learning mindset
  • Multi-stakeholder management - capability to build rapport with client teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure working within a fast paced environment
  • Experience working for A FMCG company
