Job Description
The Interim HR Manager will be responsible for the full range of HR projects, working closely with the manufacturing site of c200 employees.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice on a variety of ER issues including managing long term sickness
- Providing recruitment support across the manufacturing plant and head office
- All ad-hoc HR projects
The Successful Applicant
The interim HR Manager will be an experienced HR generalist. You will be/have:
Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a similar sector
- CIPD qualification or similar
- Good ER knowledge and practical experience
- Experience of managing long term sickness cases
- Strong recruitment experience
- Able to work on-site the majority of the time, with some flex
- Able to start immediately for a 3 to 4 month contract
What's on Offer
This interim HR Manager role offers:
- A rate of £250-300/day, depending on level and PAYE or LTD
- Base in North Leeds
- Potential for 4 or 5 days a week, hybrid working
- Immediate start
