About Our Client
Our client is a highly reputable housing provider who deliver exceptional homes and services across the South West.
As the interim Project Manager for special projects you deliver the following;
- Provide effective management of home improvements by supervising and administering contracts with both internal and external providers.
- Comply with health and safety plans and provide associated risk assessments.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they are consulted and regularly updated.
- Ensure excellent performance management by undertaking regular site visits to inspect works in progress.
- Provision of technical assessment, advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with the housing management team to foster a culture of collaborative working.
- Attend estates and meetings as required.
