Job Description

As the interim Project Manager for special projects you deliver the following;

  • Provide effective management of home improvements by supervising and administering contracts with both internal and external providers.
  • Comply with health and safety plans and provide associated risk assessments.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they are consulted and regularly updated.
  • Ensure excellent performance management by undertaking regular site visits to inspect works in progress.
  • Provision of technical assessment, advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with the housing management team to foster a culture of collaborative working.
  • Attend estates and meetings as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a excellent track record in delivering similar projects.

You will also be available at short notice.
