My client is one of the leading housing providers across the North West. They are currently looking to take on temporary repairs planner to their asset and maintenance team in order help cover a period of sick leave.

Job Description

Interim Repairs Planner

The successful candidate will be required to organise schedules of work for trades staff, making sure the appointments are correct, carrying out customer service calls with the tenants to make sure work as carried out to a satisfactory standard.

The role also involves carrying out general administration i.e updating spreadsheets, answering the phones, completing job sheets.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working withing a repairs or scheduling environment within social housing. Be it for a contractor or registered provider.
