Job Description
- Support and assure effective finance and accounting functions across different business departments in new UK business
- Support monthly closing activities and FP&A analysis for UK entities together with accounting and finance team in China and U.S.
- Assist with Budget/Forecast support activities, including but not limited data collation, consolidation, and database mapping
- Manage fixed asset processes and provide accounting and finance support. Record fixed asset activity including purchases, transfers, disposals, and impairments into the ERP systems
- Streamline and improves company's proprietary finance and accounting system process system (OA). Review and verify the accuracy of payment and other finance requests. Assist with creation of internal order, cost center and other financial set up
- Assist in documentation of internal controls and ensure compliance in areas of responsibility
- Support the global SAP system implementation. Act as a power-user of proprietary OA systems, ERP, and planning tools
- Perform other ad-hoc analysis or tasks as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Hands-on experience with budget creation, financial accounting statements, and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities
