Internal Comms and Engagement Manager

1. VACANCY 1: Internal Comms - Membership

• Communications planning, production and advice on a change programme. This role will be part of the Communications and Engagement group.
• Contribute to the development of the Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy members

2. VACANCY 2: Internal Comms - Engagement Strategy

• Working with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement to start work on a new Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy
• Research and plan line management briefing
• Establish more informal 'get to know colleagues' content for the Intranet.
• Oversee production of weekly e-newsletter by Internal Communications and Engagement Officer.

3. VACANCY 3: Internal Comms - Working alongside HR

• Working with HR on following comms: Pay and Reward project, Changes to the HR directorate, Health & wellbeing
• Work with the Transformation Management Office on curating content for the Intranet for information across all projects
• Support with running virtual staff and membership town halls on Microsoft Teams
