Job Description
- Planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns across channels, working with internal teams and agencies to source content
- Keep in touch with social media trends, industry news and updates to champion best practise
- Updating and adding appropriate content to external careers website
- Optimise the candidate journey through website
- Organise filming days and photo shoots to enrich website and social channels
- Help build knowledge of the business and opportunities to internal and external audiences
- Support the end to end candidate journey, by creating engaging content (job adverts, descriptions, interview material etc)
- Ensuring campaigns meet tone of voice standard
- Use data to optimise media performance, and keeping abreast of latest trend: informing relevant internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Understanding of CMS and CRM systems
- Knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement
- Able to use data to interpret audience behaviours
- Experience using InDesign
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Experience in executing social media campaigns, and creating a calendar
- Strong growth mindset, always looking to learn and improve
