Job Description

  • Planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns across channels, working with internal teams and agencies to source content
  • Keep in touch with social media trends, industry news and updates to champion best practise
  • Updating and adding appropriate content to external careers website
  • Optimise the candidate journey through website
  • Organise filming days and photo shoots to enrich website and social channels
  • Help build knowledge of the business and opportunities to internal and external audiences
  • Support the end to end candidate journey, by creating engaging content (job adverts, descriptions, interview material etc)
  • Ensuring campaigns meet tone of voice standard
  • Use data to optimise media performance, and keeping abreast of latest trend: informing relevant internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of CMS and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement
  • Able to use data to interpret audience behaviours
  • Experience using InDesign
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Experience in executing social media campaigns, and creating a calendar
  • Strong growth mindset, always looking to learn and improve
