About Our Client

Our client is a global leading safety solutions provider who are currently currently growing their team in the UK. You will form part of the UK Sales team and support the external Sales Managers with inbound leads, coordinating with Trade partners, and business generation.

Job Description

As Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders and co-ordinate stock, complaints, payments, status of orders and payments
  • Work closely with the UK Sales teams for new leads, managing customer relationships and enquiries
  • Manage internal customer relationships and supporting with new partnership engagement and new business processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders regarding accounts and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing new orders
  • Working with customers in relation to payments, ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Managing the CRM systems in relation to market information

The successful candidate:

  • Internal Sales/Customer Service experience is essential
  • Self starter and motivated individual
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks
  • Team player
  • Willing to work office based
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work with external stakeholders
