About Our Client
Our client is a high-growth Health and Beauty SME, based in Bristol.
With support from the other business functions, the International Business Development Specialist will be given end-to-end responsibility for driving new business activities. Using both the internal lead database and external lead generation methods, the International Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business leads for all channels and identify high potential accounts. The successful candidate will shape, plan and manage new business campaigns across international retailers and distributors, including building new, collaborative relationships and closing the first sale before seamlessly handing the relationship to the account management team.
This role is hybrid, working from home and 2 days in the office in Bristol.

The International Business Development Specialist will:

- Have demonstrable track record in market analysis
- Have a track record collaborating with buyers

- Be a self-starter
- A track record in the FMCG sector is beneficial
