Job Description
- Maintains business applications -- Professional Services Automation (PSA), Financial accounting software, HRIS and LMS, Expense tracking, etc
- Understands business stakeholder requirements though deep collaboration with the functions
- Manages an IT roadmap of application implementations, integrations, and improvements (including both the high-level roadmap and the more detailed change management process)
- Leads system lifecycle (deploy, upgrade, retire) projects to ensure it meets scope, quality, timelines, and budget constraints
- Oversees and tests DR and backup plans
- Communicates project status and appropriately escalating issues to various stakeholders (technical & non-technical)
- Leads cross-functional teams to troubleshoot application problems as they arise
- Develops and supports product owners

Experience, Skills & knowledge:
- Experience managing enterprise IT applications
- Competency with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Competency with Salesforce.com and its ecosystem
- Experience implementing new applications or replacing old applications
- Experience managing or understanding of application integrations
- Awareness and application of data protection and GDPR in relation to the use of technology for information storage
Educational Level/professional qualifications (ideal requirement)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related study.
- At least 5 years of experience with Enterprise IT applications - build or run positions
