Job Description
Your role will be to understand, analyse, impact assess, shape and support delivery of the enhancement project and its interfacing with the wider business.
Secure a full understanding of the business requirements and the solution by producing detailed requirements necessary as input into the design and build phase. Take ownership of the ongoing requirements management by validating completeness, ensuring the right level of detail is developed and requirements are maintained.
Produce and maintain analysis and design artefacts including requirements specifications, functional specifications, use cases, use case diagrams, process maps, data flow diagrams and analysis notes to support project delivery.
Provide support to the Test Team and input into acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team builds and achieves those goals.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this position you will have excellent analytical skills. Have an ability to produce excellent written documentation to support your work, report on findings and present to stakeholders when required.
Experience in web-based customer support and information systems, as well as modelling tools.
