The role will report to the MD and will have responsibility forFormulating, delivering and accountable for the IT strategy and budgetRepresenting IT within the Company's Leadership TeamIdentifying and developing key-strategic requirements for the enhancement of the product and service offeringsDelivery technology enabled projects - e.g. ERP implementation, process improvement, new softwareDeveloping the product roadmap for software products developed in houseLeading and developing a small team of highly skilled, specialist developers and ITIL accredited support professionalsManaging 3rd party suppliersRecruiting and developing apprentice support professionalsThis role would suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a small team and wants to retain the ability to be hands-on technically and enjoys a varied role.
