Job Description

  • Ownership of technical aspects of the client
  • MI relating to service provision
  • escalation point for clients
  • Understand the end to end service model for core clients
  • ability to operate at all levels of client management
  • liaise on a technical and practical level with global platform owners responsible for the provision of service to clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to understand complex IT service models
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • Client facing experience
  • Background within IT and experience within Financial Services (desirable not essential)
  • ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • able to work proactively and autonomously
  • experience of working in a role where management of crisis is required
  • ability to logically breakdown complex issues to identify root causes
