Job Description

You'll bring all your technical skills to work alongside the IT Director to build this new function and in return you'll receive a salary in the region of £60k to £70k (maybe more for the right candidate) together with some nice benefits and ongoing personal development.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A background in Infrastructure Engineering and IT Security
  • Capable of designing and implementing cyber security processes & policies
  • Monitoring and tracking of security risks and threats
  • Knowledge of, and ability to deliver ISO27001 compliance etc.
  • Any security certifications (CEH, CISSP, CISM etc.) would be preferred
  • Knowledge of security tools and firewalls is highly desirable (Endpoint, SIEM etc.)

The Successful Applicant

With this being a new role to the business there is a preference for the Security Manager to be on-site 4 days a week with 1 day working remotely. The offices are easily commutable by car from Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
