Job Description

  • Managing outsourced IT Services and service desk team
  • Vendor management of both new and existing vendors
  • collaborating with other team members to ensure all products are delivered in a efficient and timely manner
  • Other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong IT service management experience required
  • proven background in Financial Services advantageous
  • good level of technical skills
  • strong vendor management experience with proven scenarios
  • Living in or close to South West London
  • Open to hybrid working (Office 3 days a week)

  • Salary: c£75K - £85K (depending upon experience)
