My client operate within the construction industry

Job Description

  • Troubleshoot, Problem Solve and fix and resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively
  • Build, service and maintain networks including site visits when required for build, refresh and out of management tasks
  • Provide good customer service to our user base through telephone,email and remote communications
  • Ensure IT Support processes are followed and documented
  • Ensure that the asset database is maintained at all times
  • Responsible for installing authorised software on desktops/laptops as required
  • Responsible for supporting issues with IT equipment including scanners and printers
  • Working closely with stakeholders in the business to improve customer relations and technical support
  • Where required to do so supervise/mentor junior IT support technicians as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have proven experience providing 2nd Line Support
  • Advantageous to have experience supporting PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripherals and mobile devices
  • Experience of MS Office including Office 365
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10
  • Active Directory Administration
