Job Description

You will be expected to respond to customer incidents and requests raised in person, email, telephone or through self-service channels. Troubleshoot problems and provide soltuions and fixes to hardware and software issues. Be proficient in document management and recovery using iManage. A few more of the requirements are below.

  • Previous experience providing IT support in a Professional Services or Legal firm
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience with account administration in Azure AD
  • Able to setup new devices, Windows laptops and iPhones
  • Has basic Microsoft InTune knowledge.
  • Can demonstrate a good level of knowledge of supporting legal/professional services line of business apps, such as document management systems, resource planning and finance systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Provides excellent customer service remotely and in person
  • Organised, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, you will be comfortable prioritising work tasks and meeting deadlines
  • A problem solver who enjoys finding the root cause of issues
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, keeps team updated on progress

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to explain technical solutions clearly and unambiguously to customers at all levels in a diplomatic manner and to follow instructions/procedures accurately with a high level of attention to detail. You will also demonstrable interest in IT, have analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate evidence of ability to work independently and as part of a team, be approachable and identifiable to provide the best service possible. Other accountabilites are:

  • Laptop builds/device setup
  • Onsite support, when required
  • Basic Microsoft 365 admin tasks such as account management and setup
  • Line of business app support (basic troubleshooting) such as iManage, Peppermint and Adobe
  • iPhone support
  • Collaborate effectively with internal IT team and 3rd party vendors
  • Asset management of electronic equipment

What's on Offer

The role will be paying £250 - £300 a day inside IR35 with 2/3 days per week office working schedule. 2 stage interview process with interviews being conducted next week.
