About Our Client

Job Description

  • Follow up on open tickets, keeping staff informed of any updates to their ticket
  • Update documentation as needed
  • Laptop and Desktop preparation and setup
  • Provision/Deprovision user accounts
  • Recognise and communicate potential issues and possible failure points in systems and processes
  • Log accurate and detailed case notes via Jira ticketing system

The Successful Applicant


  • Help Desk or Technology Service Industry experience
  • Technical experience using Microsoft Remote Desktop (Terminal Services)
  • Familiarity with joining computers to a Windows domain
  • Ability to isolate network errors using basic Windows command line tools
  • Capable of communicating technological knowledge to end users of varying technical experience


  • Positive attitude with a client-centric customer service focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to review, refine and create SOPs
  • Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and G-Suite
  • Proficiency in navigation and administration of Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
