Job Description

  • Install common and standard software and hardware peripherals
  • Deploy and configure end user devices
  • Assist with end-user questions, problems, and training
  • Participate in an on-call duty roster of 24x7 coverage as required by business unit operations
  • Maintain awareness of service level agreement targets to help meet and exceed requirements
  • Follow internal policies and procedures to properly manage service delivery expectation
  • Candidate will be directly responsible for imaging and configuration of end user devices include, PC, VMU, tablets and wireless devices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven capability of providing 2nd level support troubleshooting end user issues
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products including O365, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of local area network computing, including Ethernet, Cisco, Windows, and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Support Tools
  • Support providing maximum uptime and peak performance of local area network and associated peripheral hardware
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve complex hardware and software problems that require in-depth troubleshooting skills to determine root cause
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills
