About Our Client
My client is a leading provider of public services in South Wales, due to a ongoing project work they have a requirement in their desktop support team.
Job Description
The successful IT Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st/2nd line support to IT hardware estate including laptops, desktops, thin clients
- Supporting with various remote support requests e.g. user access, password reset etc.
- Providing excellent customer service to NHS staff
- Supporting on projects as requested
The Successful Applicant
The successful IT Support Engineer will possess:
- Experience with a range of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, thin clients
- Citrix knowledge
- Awareness of basic networking
- Excellent communication skills and desire to interact with end users
- High level of attention to detail
What's on Offer
£150 - £180 per day to umbrella company dependent on experience
