Job Description

  • Providing first-line support to IT systems issues
  • Keeping customers (the wider business) informed of reported issues through our the ticketing system
  • Working on user and security access management request and issues
  • Investigating and responding to alerts generated by the monitoring system

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working with end users on IT systems issues
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking and storage
  • Good knowledge of using different problem-solving techniques and report deficiencies
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others
  • A team player, approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service desk environment (not essential but would be advantageous)
  • Knowledge of supporting phone systems and networking (again would be advantageous but isn't essential)
