Job Description
- Providing first-line support to IT systems issues
- Keeping customers (the wider business) informed of reported issues through our the ticketing system
- Working on user and security access management request and issues
- Investigating and responding to alerts generated by the monitoring system
The Successful Applicant
- Experience working with end users on IT systems issues
- Good knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking and storage
- Good knowledge of using different problem-solving techniques and report deficiencies
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others
- A team player, approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile
- Knowledge of ITIL and service desk environment (not essential but would be advantageous)
- Knowledge of supporting phone systems and networking (again would be advantageous but isn't essential)
