Job Description

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft
SharePoint along with hardware including network switches, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. The
applicant must be a motivated, hands-on person with great interpersonal skills and experienced in
delivering excellent customer service.

* User management, creating / removing / password resets, and access management.
* Setting up / relocating new desktops, laptops, and devices such as printers / tablets etc.
* Liaising with suppliers for supports / warranty claims and other service issues.
* Monitoring alerts and taking appropriate actions.
* Maintain and develop internal IT SharePoint site.
* Housekeeping of Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Monitoring of ticketing system (ServiceDesk Plus) and identifying issues whilst adhering to SLA/KPI's.
* Supporting internal IT projects.

The Successful Applicant

Essential Skills:

* Minimum of 2-year experience within a similar role.
* High level knowledge of Microsoft OS and core Office applications (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams)
* Solid understanding of Microsoft server 2016, Active Directory and Group Policies.

Desirable
* Switches configuration
* SonicWall Firewall administration
* Web Development skills
* Understanding of ITIL
* Microsoft / Cisco certified
* At least 2 years' experience within similar role
