Job Description

  • Handling and resolving IT support requests
  • Monitoring IT environment
  • Scheduling and releasing operating system and application updates.
  • Building, configuring, and deploying new computer hardware such as desktops and laptops.
  • Maintaining existing IT infrastructure (Desktops, servers, printers etc)
  • AzureAd and Office365 administration
  • MS Active Directory administration
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation

The Successful Applicant


  • Implementing and maintaining MS Active Directory environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
  • Deploying and maintaining Windows 10 desktops and Windows Servers (including Hyper-V)
  • Office365 applications including Outlook and Teams
  • Troubleshooting of hardware /software issues and handling support requests.
  • Excellent communication skills


  • WSUS patching
  • Powershell CLI
  • SQL Server administration
  • Network infrastructure (switches, cabling, WiFi etc.)
  • Understanding/experience of security appliances such as Firewalls
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) including MS Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Comptia A+ or Server+ qualifications
